Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Electronics Technician to join a future-oriented IT company specializing in CRM and ECM software solutions for insurance brokers and financial service providers across Germany. The core responsibilities involve the technical implementation and configuration of proprietary software, including installation within Windows environments, both locally and in the cloud. Key daily tasks include managing software interfaces, supporting data migration projects, and translating customer requirements into viable technical solutions. The role also requires providing technical support to the internal support and sales teams, as well as managing internal IT administration tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-technical education or extensive practice, solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Server, Office, Networks), strong engagement, and excellent service orientation.
