Job Summary

This role is for a technically skilled and solution-oriented IT Technician responsible for maintaining and developing the company's core IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, alongside providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users. You will be expected to analyze and resolve technical disruptions, document procedures thoroughly, and actively participate in IT projects and system rollouts. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT vocational qualification (such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and possesses strong foundational knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, network management, and current IT security standards.
