Job Summary

This role as an Accounts Receivable Accountant is based in central Hamburg, joining a globally active industrial company focused on innovative heat transfer solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete accounts receivable process, including active receivables management, handling dunning procedures, and liaising with collection agencies. Key daily tasks involve generating financial reports, conducting credit analyses, setting and monitoring credit limits, and processing manual invoices, credit notes, and commission settlements. Collaboration with the Sales department and the Shared Service Center is crucial, as is the handling of guarantees, incoming mail, and debit notes. Applicants must possess completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience, coupled with fundamental knowledge in AR accounting and Credit Management. Proficiency in MS 365, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems are essential, along with fluent German and English skills.
