Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First- and Second-Level IT support to employees within a fast-growing, sustainable food production company located in Lüneburg. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT endpoints, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software. Key daily activities include managing the core IT infrastructure, encompassing network and server systems, handling user administration and access rights, and meticulously documenting all IT processes and support cases. Furthermore, the specialist will actively contribute to IT projects and system rollouts, ensuring smooth operational transitions. To succeed, you must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT (such as System Integration) or an equivalent background, coupled with practical experience in IT support and systems management. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, and Microsoft 365 is crucial.
