This Service Engineer role, based in Frankfurt am Main, focuses on the hands-on deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure for a leading German IT service provider. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of standard hardware, including provisioning notebooks, printers, and peripherals, as well as managing the inventory pool of monitors and desktops. Key daily tasks involve installing desktop systems, distributing equipment for home office setups, and processing service orders related to hardware relocation and network cabling. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or IT System Electronics, coupled with solid experience in hardware and software installation. Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows Servers, along with practical knowledge of ticketing systems, is essential. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
