Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and technical services on-site in Leverkusen, focusing heavily on incident and request management according to established service levels. The IT Technician will handle end-user support, Smart Hands tasks, and conference room support, alongside executing IMAC/D requests (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals) and Break & Fix services. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory and asset data, implementing preventative and corrective measures, and assisting with technology rollouts. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems (both server and client environments), and proficiency in Active Directory and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
