Job Summary

This role is central to shaping the technical backbone of innovative digital training platforms for the construction industry, working within the HOCHTIEF spin-off, TOUGH Training. The developer will collaborate closely with frontend and game design teams to deliver smooth, high-performance cloud learning environments. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable backend services for user logic, content delivery, and analytics, utilizing C#, TypeScript, and SQL. A major focus is advancing the cloud architecture using Infrastructure-as-Code and seamlessly integrating crucial external tools like E-commerce platforms, payment providers, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least five years of experience in backend or fullstack development, coupled with proficiency in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and a strong DevOps mindset.
