Job Summary

This role is perfect for a skilled electrician seeking a stable, permanent position in Facility Management in Aachen. The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and adjacent technical building equipment (TGA). Daily tasks include systematic maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical installations, troubleshooting faults efficiently, and independently planning and executing minor installations from material procurement to completion. A key part of the job involves conducting recurring electrical inspections to maintain high standards and documenting all work in the CAFM system. Candidates must have a completed vocational training as an electrician, initial professional experience in electrical engineering, and ideally possess knowledge of domestic technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation). The position requires flexibility, a solution-oriented approach, and participation in on-call duty.
