Job Summary

This role is with a leading European IT service provider, supporting their end customer (Bayer) by managing daily IT operations. The specialist will be responsible for processing Incident and Service Requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements, including comprehensive user and conference room support. Key day-to-day activities involve executing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and Break & Fix tasks, along with proactive maintenance. A core function is the analysis and resolution of complex hardware and software problems, including specialized devices. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with practical experience in user support and adherence to IT security and compliance guidelines. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and patch management is essential.
