This role seeks an Electrical Systems and Cable Harness Engineer to drive technical developments within complex, safety-relevant projects for a leading client in the maritime defense sector near Hamburg. The core responsibilities involve independently implementing electrical engineering solutions at the product and component level, ensuring compliance with strict process and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing product requirements, selecting and developing electronic components, performing detailed design analyses, and coordinating component integration. A significant part of the role involves constructing and designing cable harnesses and generating necessary hardware specifications and manufacturing documents. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or possess a relevant technical qualification (Technician/Master). Essential requirements include proven experience in the development, integration, and analysis of electronic systems and a structured, analytical approach to work. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable engineering science; Alternatively, vocational training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Information or System Electronics Technician) combined with certification as a Technician or Master.
