Job Summary

This role involves taking a central position in coordinating and organizing large-scale IT projects within the demanding aerospace sector. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring efficient collaboration between diverse IT teams and experts, actively supporting project control, and maintaining quality assurance. Key responsibilities span creating management decision papers, tracking project metrics, planning and organizing various meetings (workshops, reviews), and detailed coordination of testing activities, including integration, system, and acceptance tests. The ideal candidate must possess professional experience in IT, preferably in an industrial setting, coupled with strong proficiency in project management tools. Success requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, alongside process-oriented thinking and a high degree of self-initiative to manage complex IT projects effectively and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
