This role places the Service Technician at the forefront of the electromobility revolution, focusing on the comprehensive maintenance and repair of E-vehicle charging infrastructure, ranging from standard wall boxes to high-speed rapid charging stations. The primary mission is preventative—conducting regular maintenance and checks on charging systems, PV installations, energy storage units, and transformer stations to ensure maximum reliability and prevent faults. When issues do occur, the technician acts as the primary troubleshooter, diagnosing problems in collaboration with the remote support team and restoring power and functionality swiftly. A key requirement is a high willingness to travel (50-60%) across Germany, Austria, and occasionally Italy, as the role involves direct customer interaction, technical explanations, and training on the installed systems.
