Job Summary

This role seeks a (Senior) Microsoft Purview Expert to join an international and interdisciplinary team based in Rostock, supporting AIDA's global fleet operations. The core responsibility involves the comprehensive management and configuration of Microsoft Purview solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing, implementing, and monitoring Purview controls, collaborating closely with business departments to ensure policy adequacy, and guaranteeing strict adherence to international data protection regulations, including GDPR, PCI DSS, and HIPAA. A key attraction is the focus on leveraging modern applications to enhance technology across worldwide cruise operations. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the entire Microsoft Purview suite, including Compliance Manager, DLP, and Information Protection. Success requires at least five years of dedicated experience in global Cybersecurity and data security programs, coupled with strong ethical judgment and adaptability in rapidly changing security landscapes. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
