Job Summary

The IT Service Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating IT Field Service Teams to deliver efficient IT support and optimal resource management across the company's fleet of ships. Key responsibilities include assisting management with budget planning, controlling expenditures, and administering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee effective IT services. The role requires developing comprehensive cross-location reporting, generating KPI and efficiency reports for performance monitoring, and identifying areas for optimization. A critical component is the integration of IT security and data protection requirements, ensuring high standards of IT compliance within Field Service operations. Furthermore, the supervisor will determine onboard hardware needs, manage IT client assets, and coordinate maintenance. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Operations, and proficiency in MS Office 365. This position demands strong analytical and communication skills, reliability, and the willingness to travel for onboard maintenance and participate in on-call duty.

Required Skills
