This role involves managing a defined customer base within a leading European laboratory group specializing in Food and Feed Analytics. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating complex test results based on current legislation, communicating findings to clients, and ensuring the timely processing of orders and projects. You will be responsible for the creation, plausibility checks, and release of test reports, as well as handling billing and processing customer complaints. A key aspect of the role is maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to process optimization. Candidates must possess a completed natural science degree (such as Chemistry or Agricultural Science) or a comparable qualification, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Practical experience in food/feed analytics and customer care is highly beneficial for success in this demanding but rewarding position.
