In this role, you will be crucial in determining the composition of food and feed products, analyzing components such as fat content, fiber, sugar, protein, and water content. Daily tasks involve extensive sample preparation, including extraction and acid digestion, utilizing analytical methods like gravimetry, and operating various analytical instruments. You will be responsible for preparing, executing, and evaluating routine analyses according to established methods, alongside general laboratory duties, maintenance, and equipment upkeep. Candidates must have completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, or possess comparable qualifications/relevant lab experience.
