Job Summary

This role as a Biogas Facility Operator, based in Sembten and part of the E.ON Group, involves the essential day-to-day operation and optimization of biogas facilities. The operator is responsible for comprehensive plant oversight, including monitoring all components and adjusting parameters to ensure peak performance. Key operational duties include the acceptance, control, and sampling of material and silage deliveries, as well as carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and facility management tasks. The position also requires supporting environmental expert reports and certification processes, and operating specialized equipment like telescopic loaders for plant feeding. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification and initial experience in biogas plant operation. The role demands strong communication skills, decision-making ability, physical resilience, and participation in on-call duty.
