Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Data Center Facilities Technician based in Berlin, working for a market leader in Facility Management. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of critical data center infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include executing planned maintenance, performing necessary repairs, and conducting regular inspections of technical systems. A significant part of the job involves the installation and commissioning of infrastructural AC and DC systems, as well as collaborating with the team on new installations, expansions, and conversions within the data center environment. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in electrical engineering, such as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or a Certified Electrical Specialist. While not mandatory, several years of prior experience working within a data center setting is highly desirable.
