Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader ready to take charge of industrial facility management projects in the Dresden area. You will serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and the key interface to project management, responsible for leading and coordinating a technical team across various industrial projects, including renovations, maintenance, and installations. A core focus will be ensuring all work is executed on time and to high-quality standards, while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on support for the team with technical duties (such as installation and commissioning), assisting with deployment planning, and managing material procurement. Candidates must bring professional experience leading teams in an industrial setting, a completed technical qualification (ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician certification), and strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, or control technology.
