Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated Account Manager to drive profitable revenue growth and sustainable market share gain for Leica Medical Solutions within public and private hospitals/clinics across East Germany (including Berlin, Brandenburg, and Saxony). The successful candidate will develop and execute local business strategies, identify new sales opportunities, increase installed base penetration, and expand the portfolio of advanced microscopy and AI-based image analysis solutions. You will utilize the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools for rigorous funnel management and forecasting. This position demands numerous years of strategic B2B selling experience, specifically within the medical business, and requires working remotely within an international, matrixed organization, contributing directly to scientific discoveries and critical surgical decision-making.
