Job Summary

This permanent position in Bremen seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to act as a steering authority within the Embedded Software Development team. The primary focus is shaping electro-technical product and component development. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the entire development lifecycle, including prioritizing and aligning requirements against Quality, Cost, and Time (QKT) constraints. You will actively maintain and develop the Product Backlog using agile methodologies like SCRUM, coordinate the development team, and ensure close alignment with system architects and hardware engineers regarding feasibility and functionality. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience and profound expertise in Embedded Software. Essential technical skills include Embedded C programming, software architecture design for embedded systems, and strong familiarity with agile practices. Success in this role requires excellent communication, moderation, and assertiveness skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
