Job Summary

This Process Engineer role focuses on the critical industrialization of aviation products, ensuring smooth transitions from development to mass production. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and implementation of new workstations and production lines, managing series start-up, and establishing and qualifying complex manufacturing processes. A core part of the job involves acting as the technical expert for the production floor, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, and driving continuous process optimization using LEAN methodologies. You will also support cost-saving initiatives, quality assurance, and documentation creation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Production Technology and possesses several years of experience in Industrial Engineering, particularly in new product industrialization.
