Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of high-voltage switchgear, with a critical emphasis on protection technology. Day-to-day tasks involve independently conducting maintenance measures, supporting project execution in collaboration with internal and external partners, and managing fault clearance for assigned systems. A key responsibility is performing commissioning tests and initial start-ups within secondary technology (protection systems). The specialist is also tasked with maintaining system documentation, setting up work areas, executing switching operations, and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical degree, ideally supplemented by, or a willingness to obtain, a Master Craftsman or Technician certification. Essential requirements include professional experience in operating high-voltage electrical systems, strong teamwork skills, and fluency in German (C1). The position offers a highly supportive team environment, flexible 37-hour work weeks, 30 days of vacation, above-average compensation, a company vehicle, and participation in rotating on-call duty for emergency response.

Required Skills
