Job Summary

This role involves leading an 11-person team responsible for the operation and maintenance of electricity and partial gas distribution networks in the Syke North area for Avacon Netz GmbH. The Team Leader will manage annual, quarterly, and weekly activities, set goals, and monitor team performance. Key responsibilities include operational sales for minor projects, managing customer complaints, maintaining relationships with municipalities, and acquiring new contracts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cost and quality monitoring, overseeing external service providers, ensuring compliance with safety obligations (HSE culture), and supporting the integration of Smart Grid technologies. This position requires strong leadership skills, a technical background in electrical engineering or related fields, and practical experience within a network operator environment, offering the opportunity to drive the future of energy supply.
