Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT services, primarily focusing on PC, notebook, and printer support within the Rhine/Main area. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for managing and resolving tickets using customer ticket tools, performing fault isolation and troubleshooting in the Client/Windows environment (Win7/Win10), and handling MS Office application support. Key activities include IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and ensuring simultaneous adherence to multiple customer processes. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or at least one year of IT practice, coupled with significant 2nd-Level-Support experience (3+ years). Required technical expertise includes strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office, basic networking skills, and familiarity with hardware components. Fluency in German is mandatory, alongside existing English language skills, making this a critical role for maintaining IT infrastructure for large enterprises and the public sector.
