Job Summary

This role as an Onsite Technician involves crucial end-user device management for one of Europe's largest telecommunications providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of user devices, including imaging and provisioning via software distribution tools, physical delivery, and initial setup/commissioning. A key component of the job is providing direct, on-site support, acting as the first point of contact for users encountering technical issues and resolving problems. Candidates must demonstrate solid proficiency in Windows 10 environments and ideally possess experience in large-scale device rollout projects.
