Job Summary

This role seeks a highly reliable and discreet VIP IT Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical assistance, primarily supporting C-Level management within a leading IT consulting firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include solving complex hardware and software issues, performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) support for IT devices, and installing and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and multifunction devices. The specialist will also be responsible for supporting corporate meetings and events at the company headquarters. Key qualifications include vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in IT support. Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of M365, media technology, network technology, and mobile devices. This position requires fluent German and good English skills to communicate effectively in an international environment, offering a full-time, permanent contract option in Straubing.
