Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Plant Manager/Operations Engineer to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of decentralized energy generation systems across Germany, focusing primarily on heating networks and highly efficient combined heat and power plants. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring the operation and providing technical support for assigned energy centers, heating plants, and supply networks (heat, cold, and electricity). A crucial part of the job involves taking responsibility for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating all necessary maintenance activities while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification (Technician/Master craftsman) and possesses several years of professional experience in energy supply systems. Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers, technicians, and service providers are essential.
