The successful candidate will be the primary technical expert, responsible for conducting mandatory safety checks, performing complex troubleshooting, and ensuring the continued optimal operation of customer machinery. A key aspect of the job involves meticulous online documentation of service orders and collaborating closely with the internal team to facilitate crucial follow-up activities, such as presenting maintenance contract offers.
