Job Summary

The Lean Management Expert at the Bühlertal plant will be instrumental in shaping and driving the Lean strategy and the continuous development of the Kärcher Productivity System (KPS). This role involves leading Business Process Management (BPM) and ensuring the transfer of industry trends and best practices across the entire Kärcher factory network. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying challenges in production and logistics, developing practical concepts, and successfully implementing them. The expert will manage complex, cross-functional projects, such as production ergonomics initiatives, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. A key aspect is moderating workshops, coaching specialist departments and managers on Lean methods, and building a strong international network to anchor the Lean culture sustainably. The role also includes preparing and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with standards, requiring strong expertise in Lean principles and change management.
