Job Summary

This crucial role involves coordinating, planning, and controlling all construction and infrastructure projects for Straßen.NRW, a key mobility provider in North Rhine-Westphalia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-project planning, managing financial programs, and conducting personnel capacity planning. You will serve as the primary contact for performance recording and manage communications regarding the Regional Council and Traffic Commission matters. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (Construction focus) and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Success in this position requires proven negotiation skills, strong organizational talent, self-reliance, and excellent communication abilities, coupled with very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
