Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional, such as an IT Specialist or Onsite Technician, looking to join a leading global IT service provider. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for essential onsite support tasks, including managing and resolving tickets within the ticketing system. Key day-to-day activities involve the installation of machines following standardized procedures, asset management (issuing and retrieving client devices), and the physical setup, cabling, and dismantling of hardware. Furthermore, the technician will handle machine setup and password assignment within Active Directory (AD) according to documentation. Candidates must possess strong hardware and networking knowledge, experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and be prepared to work in a 3-shift system. The position offers a contract governed by collective bargaining agreements, competitive pay, and long-term project assignments with a high probability of permanent takeover by the client.

Vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience
