Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to lead and strategically develop the installation teams for photovoltaic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing technical workflows, ensuring high execution quality and efficiency across all projects. Key daily tasks include the autonomous leadership and coordination of installation work, managing a technical team of approximately 40 employees, and handling the full lifecycle of technical projects from planning and conception through to successful commissioning. A critical component of the role involves budget oversight and adherence to economic targets, alongside rigorous enforcement of safety regulations and standards. Candidates must possess an Electrical Master Craftsman certification or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within renewable energy.
