Job Summary

This role is designed for an engaged and experienced Project Developer passionate about technological progress in renewable energy. You will be responsible for steering the entire development lifecycle of wind energy projects, from the initial idea through to final permitting. Day-to-day tasks include managing internal and external stakeholders, identifying and acquiring suitable land for wind farm sites, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring timely realization of project steps. A critical component involves risk assessment regarding implementation, timelines, and costs, followed by implementing necessary countermeasures. Furthermore, you will act as the primary contact for municipal representatives, permitting authorities, and cooperation partners, requiring you to present projects to local committees and assemblies. Candidates should possess a degree in Energy/Environmental Technology or Business Administration and ideally bring several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
