Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Manager to lead the Quality Assurance, Hygiene, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and Food Safety department. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, monitoring critical QHSE objectives, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Key daily tasks include planning and executing rigorous internal and external audits covering QHSE, Food Safety, and general compliance standards. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with regulatory authorities regarding safety and food regulations, investigate incidents and non-conformities, and provide essential QHSE support to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate must hold a university degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field, possess at least five years of professional experience, and demonstrate initial leadership experience, preferably within the chemical or food industry. Fluent German and English (C1 level) are mandatory prerequisites for this challenging and rewarding position.
