Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and ambitious professional to lead a development team focused on hardware and software within the Medical Technology sector. Daily responsibilities include the leadership and guidance of the team, creation of comprehensive hardware concepts, component selection, prototyping, and commissioning of new devices. A critical component of the role is ensuring stringent regulatory compliance, including EMC-compliant development and validation, and securing necessary medical device approvals (e.g., IEC 60601, CE, FDA). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or a comparable technical qualification. Essential technical skills include deep experience with analog and digital circuit development, proficiency in Embedded microcontrollers, VHDL design, and expert use of Altium Designer for schematic and layout creation.
