Job Summary

This critical role supports the energy and mobility transition by acting as the Key User for Smart Meter and Data Management within swa Netze GmbH. The professional will be responsible for the end-to-end management of intelligent metering systems (iMSys), including planning, execution, and fault resolution, focusing on modern measurement technologies and digital processes. A core function involves steering and optimizing processes within CLS Management to ensure stable and efficient network operation. Day-to-day tasks also include independently handling customer inquiries related to electricity metering, continuously improving IT platforms for remote meter reading (e.g., NeDaS, Niota), and actively contributing to SAP process design, particularly in device management. Candidates must hold a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in the electricity sector, possess multi-year experience in metering or the energy industry, and demonstrate foundational knowledge of SAP and Office 365.
