Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer specializing in Grid Calculation and Secondary Technology to actively drive the energy transition within a major municipal utility company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve building, maintaining, and enhancing the grid calculation system, executing complex network calculations (short-circuit, load flow, and protection) across 110 kV, 20 kV, and 10 kV network levels. You will determine crucial protection parameters, strategically plan and manage projects for renewing protection technology, and integrate secondary technical components into substations. A key part of the job is acting as the primary contact for 'Power Quality' issues, conducting EN 50160 measurements, and resolving network quality problems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Automation or Power Engineering, and brings several years of experience in power grid operations management and grid calculation systems.
