Job Summary

This critical role within the swa Netze GmbH planning and construction team focuses on transforming complex electrical energy supply topics into tangible, large-scale projects. The engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing construction measures related to the new construction or renewal of substations, switchgear, transformer stations, and transformers across various sizes and voltages. Key daily activities include advising customers on primary-side electrical energy distribution, generating service offers, and successfully managing customer projects through completion. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Energy Technology and long-standing professional experience in plant construction. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, a confident demeanor when interacting with customers and authorities, and excellent knowledge of relevant technical norms (IEC, DIN, VDE). This role is vital for driving the energy and mobility transition in the Augsburg region, offering a secure position and the opportunity to contribute actively to strategic corporate projects.
