Job Summary

This role, based in Pforzheim, Germany, seeks an E-Learning Developer and Designer to join a creative team focused on planning and realizing engaging e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, design, and maintenance of diverse e-learning content, ensuring complex topics are presented clearly. A key component of the role involves planning, shooting, and conceptually editing thematic videos, alongside creating and implementing various multimedia materials (video, image). The specialist will also drive the conceptual development of the usability and design standards for the virtual learning environment. Candidates must possess a degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design and professional experience in E-Learning, video, graphic, and screen design. Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies is mandatory. The position offers a dynamic team environment, flat hierarchies, and a flexible hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days home office).
