Job Summary

This role seeks an E-Learning Content Developer and Designer to join a creative team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning and execution of engaging e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, design, and maintenance of digital learning materials, requiring the ability to simplify complex subject matter into easily digestible content. A key part of the job involves planning, shooting, and conceptually editing thematic videos, as well as creating and implementing diverse multimedia elements (video, image, graphics). Candidates must possess a completed degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design and proven professional experience as an E-Learning Specialist, particularly in video, graphic, and screen design. Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with the latest internet technologies are mandatory. The position offers a dynamic work environment with flat hierarchies, modern tools, and an attractive hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days remote).
