Job Summary

The Market Researcher will be crucial in driving actionable insights by managing and steering both quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives across multinational environments. Day-to-day tasks include designing comprehensive research studies, developing hypotheses, creating questionnaires and interview guides, and conducting advanced statistical analysis (e.g., regression, factor, and cluster analysis, Structural Equation Modeling). A key responsibility is managing external agencies and procurement processes, alongside significant stakeholder engagement across central and regional units to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into business processes. This role requires a strong background in research methodologies, excellent communication skills for insights communication, and experience managing knowledge sharing systems. The position offers high flexibility, a hybrid work model, and the chance to contribute to E.ON's mission of achieving net zero and digitizing the energy world.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Experimental Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Business Analytics/Administration, or Data Science

Experience

  • At least 3 years in corporate/public sector experience in quantitative and qualitative research
  • At least 3 years in market research (customer behaviour and attitudes, brand management) including research design, analysis, and reporting
  • Professional experience in using secondary data sources (Nielsen, LCP Delta)
  • Professional experience in statistical software (R, Python, SAS)
  • Professional experience in stakeholder management across different company and regional cultures
