Job Summary

This role operates as an internal consultant within the REWE Group, dedicated to enhancing efficiency and flexibility by analyzing and optimizing business processes across various corporate entities and projects. Key daily tasks involve advising specialized departments on process management, conducting workshops and interviews for process analysis, optimization, and harmonization, and developing project plans while implementing change management methodologies. Furthermore, the consultant will provide technical and functional support for the corporate process management tool, Aeneis, including first-level support, and drive the strategic development of the group-wide process management framework. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field, possess initial professional experience in process management, and demonstrate strong communication, consulting, and solution-oriented skills.
