Job Summary

This full-time administrative role focuses on managing the grant system and controlling functions within the area of climate protection in the transport sector for the state of Baden-Württemberg. The Specialist Administrator will be responsible for the operational support of approximately 350 funding cases for municipal climate protection projects, collaborating closely with regional authorities and state companies. Core duties include sophisticated process management for review and approval procedures, success monitoring, grant controlling, and applying budgetary and funding law to ensure optimal local conditions while safeguarding state interests. Candidates must possess a degree in public administration or a comparable field, proven knowledge of funding schemes through study or professional experience, and strong organizational and conceptual abilities. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in public administration or a comparable administrative science field, or status as a Civil Servant in the higher administrative service
