Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Configuration and Change Manager to support and execute change and problem report processes, specifically within the demanding aviation environment at Airbus in Bremen. Key responsibilities include coordinating modifications across various internal departments such as Engineering, Production, PMO, and ILS, as well as creating, reviewing, and approving change requests related to Airframe and Systems Engineering. The manager will actively participate in internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and retrofit meetings, while also maintaining and developing Configuration Management (CM) processes, tools, and standards. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical or IT-related degree, professional experience in CM (preferably in aerospace), and excellent command of both German and English. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to work independently and structured, acting as a crucial interface between international CM and development departments.
