Job Summary

This Senior Development Engineer role focuses on the optimization and development of power electronic components to significantly enhance the efficiency and availability of complex drive systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed analysis of electrical circuits, leading the product maintenance and development of inverters (both hardware and software), and coordinating internal and external development and manufacturing networks, including supplier management, while ensuring budgetary adherence. You are expected to create and maintain technical documentation within requirements management systems and actively participate in system testing and commissioning processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Energy Technology with a specialization in Power Electronics and brings extensive professional experience in electrical drive technology development.
