Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer or Test Field Engineer to drive the continuous improvement and expansion of critical testing processes for electronic products. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing existing test software and creating new programs for product launches, ensuring robust documentation, and analyzing test results against database structures. The engineer will also be crucial in maintaining and expanding test equipment and instructions through continuous improvement processes (CIP), supporting the transition to series production, and monitoring ongoing manufacturing quality. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification, such as a Technician or Master Craftsman) and possesses at least two years of relevant experience in electronics production and testing. Strong technical skills in LabVIEW, Python, Visual Basic, and Microsoft .NET are essential.
