Job Summary

This role is centered on maintaining and servicing sophisticated testing technology within the automotive and related industries. The Service Technician will be responsible for executing a range of tasks including service assignments, repairs, modifications, and crucial calibrations on testing equipment. A significant part of the job involves independent preparation and follow-up for assignments, ensuring all necessary measurement technology, spare parts, and maintenance components are organized. Daily duties include adhering strictly to scheduled maintenance and calibration plans, performing detailed troubleshooting, and ensuring general system upkeep. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Vehicle Mechanic or Electrician, coupled with mandatory certification as a Qualified Electrician. The position requires strong analytical skills and readiness to work within a 2-shift system, offering responsible tasks and intensive onboarding at the Immendingen location.

Required Skills

Completed apprenticeship as a Vehicle Mechanic, Electrician, or comparable qualification; Certification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft)

Experience

  • Professional experience in service operations, maintenance, and calibration
