Job Summary
This onsite IT Support Specialist role involves managing the full lifecycle of IT disruptions, from initial acceptance via ticketing systems and email through to resolution. Key daily tasks include prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting software and hardware issues. You will perform error analysis and deliver initial solutions through both remote and on-site support. Furthermore, the role requires hands-on involvement in the setup, teardown, and relocation of IT hardware, alongside maintaining accurate asset data and the knowledge database. You will also contribute to IT projects and help optimize existing IT processes and operational workflows. The ideal candidate possesses completed IT training, proven experience in 1st and 2nd level support, and strong proficiency with Windows and MS Office environments. This position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff pay, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development.
