Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Technician responsible for maintaining and ensuring the continuous operation of a diverse system landscape. The core responsibilities include managing and resolving incidents within 1st and 2nd Level Support, processing tickets efficiently while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and handling customer inquiries received via phone, email, or in person. The technician will also be tasked with maintaining accurate asset data, providing crucial support for ongoing IT projects, and actively participating in the continuous optimization of existing operational processes and structures. Ideal candidates should demonstrate advanced knowledge of standard hardware and possess good proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
